A letter to Marina and Danijel…

Marina, I've lost count of how many times we've laughed until our sides hurt or until someone else looked at us like we're completely insane. I guess that's what it's like to have a sister. You've been the most amazing teta to my kids and been there through tears and smiles. I may never tell you, but I love you, and I'm so thankful to have you in my life.

Danijel, I have unfortunately known you for fourteen years of my life. When I say unfortunately, I don't mean this in a negative way. You have had such a big impact on my life that I sometimes feel disappointed for not getting a chance to know you earlier, to create an even stronger bond with more memories, adventures, and laughs.
