Parallel Weddings, a Toronto-based wedding videography company, had the pleasure of filming Nicole and Adam's wedding on September 16, 2023. The day was a beautiful blend of Polish tradition and modern celebration, captured across multiple locations in Southern Ontario. The team consisted of two videographers, Branden Murphy and Shaq Hosein, ensuring that every moment was expertly documented.

The day started with the bride, Nicole, getting ready at her family home in Mississauga, with hair styled by Styles by Silvana and makeup by Renee Donovan. The morning included emotional moments, as Nicole and Adam exchanged heartfelt letters, with Adam becoming quite emotional while reading Nicole's letter. There was also gift-giving with both sets of parents. Simultaneously, Adam prepared at his family home, also in Mississauga, with his groomsmen. They took some celebratory shots, as is a traditional Polish custom.

Following the preparations, Nicole and Adam had a private first look, where they were able to share an intimate moment together, with their reactions being captured by the videographers and photographers at a distance. Adam was overjoyed, laughing and crying at the same time. This was followed by a traditional Polish blessing called "Blogoslawianstwo", where the couple received blessings from family and spoke to their grandparents via video call. A traditional Polish band played as guests arrived to celebrate with the couple.

The wedding ceremony was held at St. Eugene de Mazenod Church in Brampton. It was a beautiful Catholic ceremony, with Adam becoming emotional as Nicole walked down the aisle. The audio of the ceremony was captured using a recorder on the podium and lav mics on the groom and alter.

After the ceremony, the wedding party traveled to Fairy Lake Park in Newmarket for a photo/videoshoot. We captured lots of beautiful shots and the couple and their bridal party seemed to have a lot of fun!

The wedding reception was held at the Madison Greenhouse Event Venue in Newmarket. The venue was decorated with flowers by Art Deco Joy. The reception included a cocktail hour, the entrances of the bridal party, and a champagne tower. The couple also took part in a traditional Polish bread and salt ceremony. The first dance was followed by a prayer, speeches, and an open dance floor. The couple chose special songs for the video, and some of their favourites include "Bloom" by The Paper Kites, "Hoppipolla" by Sigur Ros, "Sky Full of Stars" by Coldplay, and "Intro" by M83.

The couple expressed that they were very happy with their Wedding Film, and that they "loved all of their videos". They also stated that they were in "awe with how beautifully all the moments were captured". The film included many special moments throughout the day such as the bride and groom's letters to each other, the first dance, the father-daughter dance, and the mother-son dance, along with all of the speeches from the wedding party and parents.
